One Vision Ministries is a Spirit-led, Kingdom-focused ministry devoted to advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in every sphere of life. We are grounded in Scripture, dependent on the Holy Spirit, and committed to seeing believers firmly established in their identity in Christ.
We believe in the fivefold ministry as God’s design for equipping the Church. Our heart is to see apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers functioning together to mature the Body of Christ, raising up believers who walk in spiritual authority, clarity of purpose, and Christlike character.
We are builders at heart. We are called to strengthen foundations, pioneer new territory, and equip leaders to carry Kingdom culture into the marketplace, churches, families, and communities. We believe the Gospel was never meant to remain inside church walls but to transform every sphere of influence.
At our core, we exist to equip believers to know who they are, hear the voice of the Lord, and walk boldly in their God-given assignment.

Meet Adam and Sheila Hagaman, Founders of One Vision Ministries
Adam and Sheila Hagaman are passionate about seeing lives transformed, believers equipped, and the Kingdom of God advanced. Together, they carry a heart to awaken the Church, strengthen leaders, and empower people to walk boldly in their God-given identity, calling, and authority in Jesus Christ.
Through preaching, teaching, prophetic ministry, conferences, and gatherings, they create opportunities for people to encounter the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. Their desire is not simply to inspire people for a moment, but to see genuine transformation that produces lasting fruit in their lives, families, churches, and communities.
Beyond the four walls of the Church, Adam and Sheila are passionate about equipping believers to carry the Kingdom into everyday life. Through ministry, leadership development, digital media, and Kingdom entrepreneurship, they are committed to raising up people who don’t just hear the Word of God, but live it, demonstrate it, and boldly share it with the world.
Loving God, Loving Others, and Releasing the Kingdom is more than their mission statement. It is the foundation of everything they do. Their heart is to see a generation encounter Jesus, be filled with the Holy Spirit, discover their purpose, and become equipped to advance God’s Kingdom wherever He sends them.
