One Vision Ministries is a Spirit-led, Kingdom-focused ministry devoted to advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in every sphere of life. We are grounded in Scripture, dependent on the Holy Spirit, and committed to seeing believers firmly established in their identity in Christ.
We believe in the fivefold ministry as God’s design for equipping the Church. Our heart is to see apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers functioning together to mature the Body of Christ, raising up believers who walk in spiritual authority, clarity of purpose, and Christlike character.
We are builders at heart. We are called to strengthen foundations, pioneer new territory, and equip leaders to carry Kingdom culture into the marketplace, churches, families, and communities. We believe the Gospel was never meant to remain inside church walls but to transform every sphere of influence.
At our core, we exist to equip believers to know who they are, hear the voice of the Lord, and walk boldly in their God-given assignment.

Meet Adam and Sheila Hagaman, Founders of One Vision Ministries
Adam and Sheila Hagaman serve churches and leaders through preaching, equipping, and strengthening ministries both locally and beyond. Their heart is to build up the Body of Christ, bringing biblical teaching, prophetic insight, and practical tools that establish strong spiritual foundations.
They are committed to cultivating environments where people can encounter the presence of the Holy Spirit in a genuine and transformative way. Loving God, Loving Others, and Releasing The Kingdom is at the heart of their mission and vision. Through gatherings, conferences, and leadership development, their focus goes beyond hosting events; it centers on lasting spiritual growth, personal renewal, and Kingdom advancement within individuals and communities.
